Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we will periodically reassess key components of your program. Re-testing can tell us if we're on track to reaching your goals or if modifications need to be made.
| ACL Injury Prevention for Female Athletes |

| Female athletes are up to 8 times more likely then males to sustain sports related ACL injury. A majority of these are non-contact. This class is designed to strengthen legs and core and to address jumping, landing, and movement mechanics in order to reduce likelihood of non-contact ACL injuries. |

| Strength & Conditioning for Tennis |

| Designed for the tennis player who wants to take their game to the next level. This class will focus on strength and conditioning necessary to be able to get to the ball and make strong, accurate strokes every time. Core, leg, and upper body strength will be main focus, as well as mobility, flexibility, and agility. |

| Soccer S.A.Q (speed, agility, quickness) |

| Young soccer players will develop soccer speed, agility, and quickness for on-field performance. Athletes will see increased performance by training proper movement mechanics along with core and leg strength, flexibility, and mobility. |

| Build an Athlete! |

| Introduction to speed and agility for young athletes. Kids 10-14 yrs old will learn what speed and agility training is all about and how it can help improve athleticism in all sports. This fun and energetic class will use cones, ladders, medicine balls and more to teach basics and engage athletes new to this type of training. |
