 Sports Performance Training Programs

Private and Semi-private Instruction 
The most effective way to take your athletic performance to the next level. Your program is designed especially for you, based on your skills, needs, and YOUR definition of success. Ensure that all attention is on your specific needs and training is tailored to your skills and abilities. Strength & conditioning needs to be a part of your overall plan for success and not just something that you do once in a while to try to cram before your season starts.   • are ready to work at a higher level to reach their definition of success
  • have specific training needs, such as back-to-sports programs
  • are multiple sport athletes who need to manage training for different sports at one time

Coaches and Team Managers, bring your whole team in for cost-effective programs based on your training needs. Train one hour for just $100! Plan the exact number of sessions as you need based on your schedule. Programs can be built to suit the needs of your team. Spring-summer-fall sessions can be scheduled at your facility or site.

Team Training

Program / Session Information 

  • Private / Semi-private = One or two athletes
  • Group / Team  = 3 or more athletes
  • Sessions are 60 minutes long.
  • 2 Sessions per week recommended.
  • Program length from 6 sessions and up.
  • Sessions are designed based on specific goals aligned with the client's definition of success, along with sport and season-specific priorities.
  • Multiple family member discounts available
Total Performance Class
Speed, Agility, and Functional Strength program for all athletes from 10yrs through 18 yrs of age. This ongoing program is designed for athletes to train 2x/week to build overall athletic ability, learn proper strength training techniques and form, and to work in a program with safe progressions and well-balanced exercises. Class is designed and instructed by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Initial consultation with Guy Petty is required prior to first session. Consultation (approximately 30 minutes) is free and is scheduled by appointment only.

Class Schedule
(January, 2012 through February, 2012)

Tuesdays 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Sundays 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Program Cost: 
1 month $200 Unlimited sessions, prorated at time of enrollment.*
2 months $180/month
3 months $160/month

*Prorated cost is 50% for first month of series purchased and is applied when enrolling after the 15th of the current month.

All Athletes are welcome to a no-cost consultation to discuss their needs and goals and to learn how training with Fox Valley Strength & Conditioning will help them.

Initial Assessment
An important part of a responsible training program, an initial assessment objectively measures your current level of performance. Without an effective assessment, improvement cannot be accurately measured. Our initial assessment incorporates many different methods depending on the Athlete, their goals, and the program that we decide upon.
The initial assessment may measure:
  • Sprint Speed
  • Power
  • Muscular strength or endurance
  • Agility
  • Quickness

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we will periodically reassess key components of your program. Re-testing can tell us if we're on track to reaching your goals or if modifications need to be made. 

Sports Performance Camps
Fox Valley's camps are designed to accomodate many athletes and are designed to target specific aspects of an athletes training. Some are to build strength, some are for season-specific, sport-specific, or even position-specific conditioning. Others, like our Build an Athlete! are designed to be a fun, less structured way to give athletes a chance to work on simply being athletic.

Fox Valley Strength & Conditioning can help to plan team workouts and camps for school sports teams or club teams. Sport Coaches have enough on their plates teaching sport skills and strategies. Why worry about how your Athletes are lifting too? Let me design lifting programs based on your sport and your needs.


Personal Training / Fitness & Wellness Coaching

Private and partner personal training sessions in a non-membership facility. [Means no monthly membership dues!]

When you enlist the help of a qualified and credentialled Personal Trainer, you make the choice to work with the only 'fitness equipment' that cares whether or not you reach your goals.  I become your partner from day one on the journey to where and who you want to be.

Receive an initial assessment and expert program design customized to get you to your health and fitness goals. Client sessions are on site and utilize body weight and resistance equipment along with exercise progressions designed to work for you.
  • Learn how to manage weight and body composition through resistance training and anaerobic exercise as well as aerobic or 'cardio' exercise.
  • Tone up and gain the physique you want.
  • Improve your overall fitness level.
  • Ensure safe execution of exercises.
